Divine Cricket Academy opting to bat first at Vengsarkar Cricket Academy Ground, Mahul made a total of 169/7 in 35 overs. After losing some early wickets, Nived Lakhwani at the middle order anchored the innings with a gutsy half century. Nivedh scored 63 runs off 62 balls which included 7 boundaries as rest of the batters batted around him including a key partnership with Shubham Jaid (25 runs off 30 balls). From the bowlers, Avaneesh Sawant with 4/29 in 5 overs.

Shivseva Cricket Academy in reply were cleaned up for just 87 runs in 30.1 overs thanks to some tight bowling by Divine Academy bowlers. It was a clinical bowling display with Vallabh Kapile taking 3/19 in 5 overs. Jivika Magar also bowled a brilliant spell taking 2/9 in 4.1 overs including a maiden and Shubham Jaid taking 2/6 in 2 overs.
