Dadar Parsi Colony’s Wasim bags a 6wkt haul while Onkar Khatpe becomes the 1st Centurion of Kanga League Season’25

Dadar Parsi Colony Sporting Club at DPC Matunga batting first made a total of 207/8 dec in 44 overs. DPC whose scoreboard was reading 5/3 and 5/59 at one point got back into the game thanks to a brilliant century by Onkar Khatpe. Onkar becomes the first centurion of this fresh new season in Kanga league while also rescuing his team out of trouble. Onkar scored a valiant knock of 123 runs in 125 balls which included as many as 10 sixes and 6 boundaries.

Regal Cricket Club in reply were all out for 124 runs in 34.5 overs thanks to a brilliant bowling spell by Wasim Ashraf. Left arm orthodox spinner Wasim returned with impactful bowling performance of 6/24 in 10 overs including a maiden. Wasim bagged some key top order wickets alongwith Shashank Jadhav who chipped in with 2 wickets as Regal CC won the match on 1st innings lead.
