Prabhu Jolly Young CC after opting to bat first at MB Union Cross Maidan were in for a shocker as they were cleaned up for just 9 runs all out in 10.1 overs. Neeraj Girase who trains at Cricket Explained Academy ran through the opposition team’s batting line up returning with magical bowling figures of 6/2 in 5 overs including 3 maidens. Neeraj was not only spot on with his line and length but he also further damaged with a game changing hat-trick which changed the course of the match.

Borivali CC U12 Team in reply took mere 6 balls to finish off the match in style winning by 10 wkts and getting qualified into the quart-finals of the tournament. Neeraj Girase for his match winning spell was declared ‘man of the match
