Sansri Academy batting first at Ashwin Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Telangana made a total of 163/4 in 20 overs. Most of the batters got starts but found it a bit difficult to convert them into big scores with opener MD Saleem’s 43 being the highest score for Sansri team. From the Elite India bowlers, Manith with 2/40 was the pick of the lot while Prem and all-rounder Sikandar Mohammad bagging a wicket each.
Elite India United in reply chased down the score successfully thanks to a brilliant partnership between Skipper Tarun Sharma and no.3 batsman Sikandar Mohammad. Tarun scored 52 off 45 balls which included 6 boundaries and a six playing the perfect captain’s role in guiding his team towards the victory line while Sikandar top scored with 71* off 49 balls which included 8 boundaries and 2 sixes as both the players stitched a match winning 109 run stand for the 2nd wicket helping Elite Ind United win the match by 4 wkts.
