Piramal Enterprises Pvt Ltd after being put to bat first at New Era wicket on Azad Maidan batted decently putting on 244/9 in 40 overs with opener Vaibhav B top scoring in the match with 76 runs off 67 balls. From the bowlers, Aditya Tawade with 3/38 and Kshtij Metkar with 2/44 were the pick of the lot while Captain Hrishikesh also contributed with a wicket along with Arya and Vinu.
Blue Duck Holiday Pvt.Ltd did lost some early wickets but Kshitij Metkari played a brilliant innings under pressure scoring 87* off 96 balls and anchoring the chase. Coming in at no,5, Skipper Hrishikesh also played a very crucial innings of 48 runs in 41 balls (5 fours) as he and Kshitij put on 94 runs stand together. It was a great day of cricket where the match went till the very ball with Blue Duck requiring 10 runs in the last over which they successfully nailed it down courtesy Kshitij and Sajan who played sensibly in the last over to take their team home with a 4wkt win.
