All-Rounder Nikhil Jain bags MoM award vs Renegades in KPL Open Corporate T20 League’23

Forza CC opting to bat first at Silver Cricket Academy Ground in Pune made a total of 141/9 in 20 overs. Their lower middle order got things back from them as Shailesh, Mayur and Pradeep all chipped in with crucial 20’s.

Defending a total of 142, Renegades were all out for just 97 runs in 17.3 overs courtesy a tight bowling performance by Forza CC bowlers. All-Rounder Nikhil Jain led from the front as he returned with excellent bowling figures of 3/15 in 4 overs which included crucial top order wickets.

Forza CC won the match by 44 runs and Nikhil Jain who is one of the most improved and consistent all-rounders in last few seasons or so bagged yet another Man of the Match Award. Nikhil in his previous outing as well in Vintage Season 6 (T45) had performed well taking 5wkts overall in a Multi Day match where he eventually passed his Man of the Match award to his fellow team mate Chittaranjan who scored a century in that match.

In the match played on 29th October, all-rounder Nikhil had impressed with the bat scoring a match winning 62 off just 44 balls vs Boston Scientific India in Guts and Glory Cup which his team won the match eventually by 153 runs.
