SS Travels opting to bat first on Parsee Cyclists wicket in Mumbai made a total of 152/10 in 30.1 overs. Opener Rohit Singh and Rohit Shirgaonkar smashed half centuries while other batters found it difficult to get going not crossing double digits. At one stage, SS Travels were cruising with scoreboard reading 118/1 until Blue Duck bowlers came in and changed the course of the game. Blue Duck Holiday Pvt Ltd in reply chased down the score in 33.3 overs winning the match in commanding fashion. Captain Hrishikesh Puranik set the tone for the chase with a solid half century scoring 67 off 77 balls (6 fours, 1 six) while stitching a 143 run opening stand with Aayush Ambekar who remained unbeaten with 64* off 119 balls. It was a perfect example of coach-student on display as Aayush who trains under Coach Hrishikesh Puranik at Cricket Explained Academy showed excellent composure and patience while chasing the total.
