4th Back to Back win for OCA on the back of Dilraj’s fiery 58 in Brampton International Cricket Festival’24

OCA XI after being put to bat first registered a total of 130/10 in 19.5 overs. Even though, OCA were off to a patchy start with 2 wkts in the very first over, it was opener Dilraj Deol who held fort from one end as he went on to score an aggressive half century. Southpaw Dilraj did’nt appeared to be ruffled up with the early blows his team faced as he continued to counter attack the bowlers scoring a very confident looking 58 off mere 33 balls, a knock which included 5 boundaries and 3 sixes to his name.

Missisauga Brampton XI in reply could only manage 121/4 in 20 overs as OCA bowlers did their job yet again. Shanay Shah with 2/15 was the pick of the lot while Yash Padhiyar with 1/15 in 4 overs was the most economical of the lot.

OCA XI won the match by 9 runs ensuring a semi-finals berth with 4 back to back wins while Dilraj Deol was declared “Man of the Match”
