Kosaraju opting to bat first at SSC, Hyderabad, Telangana made a total of 163/1o in 43.2 overs with their Captain at no.8 scoring an unbeaten half century while Tuniki with 4/60 was the pick of the lot. Oxford Blues Cricket Club in reply were all out for 146 runs despite heroic efforts by G Prem.

G Prem coming at no.5 played VVS Laxman styled rescuing innings as he registered his 42nd fifty en-route his 66* off 190 balls. Prem faced the bowlers with grit keeping his team’s hopes alive but eventually falling short of 17 runs as he lacked strong support from the other end.
