Bombay Union Sports Club Player Abhishek Pandey has been a revelation this season coming up with impactful performances whenever the ball is handed over to him! Abhishek a left arm spinner has taken 3 fifers this season stamping his presence in Mumbai Cricket with his consistent performances.

In his very first match of the Season vs Blue Star Cricket Club, Bombay Union restricted them to just 43 runs all out courtesy a spell of 6/18 by Abhishek. Bombay Union won that match on 1st innings lead declaring their innings at 46/4.

Abhishek followed it up with a brilliant 6/18 vs Shree Lad Club successfully helping his team defend a low total of 78 runs helping his club win the match on 1st innings lead. While in his most recent outing vs Gaud Union Sports Club, Abhishek was once again the pick of the bowlers taking 6/44 which ultimately restricted them to 149 all out. Bombay Union on the back of Milind Gharat’s 64 scored 153/4 winning their 3rd consecutive match on 1st innings lead.

Abhishek who is now G Division’s top wicket-taker has played a vital role for his club this season helping them rescue under crunch situations and we wish him all the luck for his upcoming matches!
