Into the all-important finals of the Designers Premier League, Lohagad Emperors opting to bat first at Asthapailu Cricket Ground in Pune. Lohagad Emperors posted a total of 125/9 in 20 overs with most of their batters getting starts. Kaiwalya Barde who came at no.4 was the top scorer for Lohagad smashing 30 runs off 28 balls which included 4 boundaries and a six. From the bowlers, Shrenik Lavate stood out with his tight line and length conceding mere 8 runs in a spell of 4 overs which included 1 maiden and 3 crucial wickets.

Torna Tigers in reply played like true tigers dominating right from the start. Torna batters looked in no mood to take the game till the very end as they chased down the score comfortably in just 16.3 overs. Dangerman Shafik Maniyari once again smashed a quick 32 off 24 balls which had 3 sixes in it while Amit Patil at no.4 played an anchoring innings of 31* off 35 balls. Amit was well supported by skipper Sumit Nigade who scored 26* off 18 balls which also included a six in it as Torna Tigers won the finals of the tournament by 6 wickets.
