Opener and Captain Kaushal Behera led from the front with an attacking innings of 96 runs in 58 balls laying the platform for his team’s innings. Kaushal smashed 12 boundaries and 4 sixes as rest of the batters batted around him. Wicket-Keeper Shlok Pandey also played a crucial part with a quick 62* off mere 23 balls which included 8 boundaries and 3 sixes to his name.
