Ashutosh Singh (5 wkts) & Ayush Kaudare (84 runs) team up to Shining Stars to a win in Winter Cup’25

Played at the scenic A2Z Cricket Ground in Lavale, Pune, Shining Stars opting to bat first made a total of 180/5 in 20 overs. Opening the innings, in-form Ayush Kaudare once again played a blinder of an innings smashing a brilliant knock of 85* runs in 57 balls. Ayush’s unbeaten half century included 8 boundaries and 5 sixes striking at almost 150.00! Ayush was well supported by Arun Kaul (51 runs) with whom he stitched 93 run stand for the 5th wicket.

Mighty Cricket Club in reply were all out for 150 runs in 19.5 overs thanks to a searing spell of fast bowling by Ashutosh Singh who rattled the opposition’s batting line up with his fearless fast bowling. Ashutosh who manages to bowl at an impressive 135+ returned with match winning bowling performance of 5/24 in 4 overs as SS won the match by 30 runs.
