Tarun scored a gutsy 61 off 86 balls which included 13 boundaries while he lacked support from the other end as his team could only manage 115/10 in 31.1 overs. Opposition Team Viggi Walkers CC chased it down in 21.1 overs winning the match by 4 wkts.

In his most recent outing on 9th December, Team Oneness opting to bat first at Extreme Cricket Ground in Hyderabad, Bangalore made a total of 147/10 in 24.2 overs with opener Irshad (33 runs) and Rakesh (25 runs) being the top scorers. From the bowlers, all-rounder Tarun Sharma led from the front taking 4/22 in 5 overs alongwith Yagnesh who took 3/29 in 3 in his spell of 5 overs. However, Elite Ind United in reply could only manage 130/9 in 25 overs as Team Oneness won the match by 17 runs.

Even though his team lost on both the occasions, Tarun showed fighting spirit providing substantial contributions both with the bat as well as with the ball.
